Refund/ Return Policy
We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on Decormini.com. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at serviceonline1950@gmail.com or the Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund.
Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.
We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at serviceonline1950@gmail.com. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Picture of damaged package or products
Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
Note: Before you return the package, please contact us at serviceonline1950@gmail.com. Then we will arrange the refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
